We are a family-run business rooted in the South Bay. For more than 75 years and three generations, we have lived in and rented properties in Hermosa Beach, treating every tenant like a neighbor.

Cozy second floor 1 bedroom apartment – currently undergoing renovations. Private parking garage, access to the shared roof deck, and many other amenities! It’s on the same floor as the roof deck, for easy outdoor dining. Likely available in the summer of 2026.
